Dollar Tree Trays

I actually did this project a few months ago and am just now blogging about it. But it's super easy and super cheap! I already had the super glue, primer and white spray paint, so I literally just had to buy the photo frame hardware, 3 Dollar Tree Trays and the stickers. (I actually bought more stickers than what I used for this project)

What you'll need:
3 Dollar Tree Trays
Stickers From the Dollar Tree
Super Glue
Photo Hanging Hardware
Primer
White Spray Paint

First I primed each tray on my back porch. I did 3 coats of primer. (I only spray painted the front of the trays. If you spray paint the back, I would do that first. Wait until it fully dries, then spray paint the front)

I followed the directions on the primer, then I did 3 coats of the white spray paint. So pretty!

Next I glued the photo frame backs to each tray using super glue. (It doesn't look pretty, but no one will be able to see it)
I did it in the exact same spot on each tray.
(I tried hot glue at first. I think this would eventually fall off. I didn't want that to happen)

I waited a full 24 hours of dry time, then I added the stickers and hung them!
They are so pretty. And you can put any stickers that you want on there.
(You could even go to Hobby Lobby and do different words, phrases, or picture stickers)

You can do this for any holiday or special occasion.
It's super cheap and super simple!

  5. I was wondering if the decals or stickers stuck well? Did you need to seal it with Mod Podge or anything?
